Clear Assessments app provides healthcare professionals and their patients with a library of mental health assessments. Administered via iPad devices, patients answer questions while the app captures their responses. Through the iPad or Desktop app, doctors and their office managers are are able to print or efax results within their office. Scored assessments are then used to assist doctors in taking preventative measures for their patient’s mental health scenarios.
